2. The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Bench passed on 26th of November, 2015 in CWJC No. 14660 of 2015 whereby an order dated 2nd of

Patna High Court LPA No.24 of 2016 dt.22-11-2016 2/2 September, 2015 posting the respondent no. 7 against the post of the writ applicant was set aside.

3. Since the impugned order was passed more than a year ago, therefore we deem it proper to dispose of the present Letters Patent Appeal with a direction to the State Government to re-look at the proposal of transfer, if any, of the writ applicant and respondent no.7 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months. The appeal shall stand disposed of.
