The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara (Krishangarh) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is attributed to co-accused Ritesh Paswan, who is brother of this petitioner. This petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Hence, the
