JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA) 12-09-2019 The learned I/C 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran vide his letter no.45 dated 06.09.2019 sent the death report of sole appellant Jala Yadav, son of late Munar Yadav, resident of village-Laxmipur, Police StationChautarwa, District-West Champaran issued by Jail Superintendent, Sub Jail, Bagaha vide his letter no.1411 dated 26.08.2019.

The perusal of above stated letter no.1411 dated 26.08.2019 of Superintendent, Sub Jail, Bagaha goes to show that the sole appellant died on 16.09.2015 at Sub Divisional Hospital, Bagaha in course of the treatment.

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstances, this appeal stands abated.
