2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to cancel the selection of private respondent no.8 on the post of Anganwadi Sevika in Ward No.14, Gram Panchayat- Panti, Block- Akbarpur, DistrictNawada.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary

Patna High Court CWJC No.9584 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 objection and submits that the petitioner has moved directly before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In response thereof, counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed representation to the different authorities, but no decision has been taken at their level.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the original forum under the relevant margdarshika for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika within 30 days if, cause of action still survives.
