JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-04-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10805 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the entire dues have been paid to the petitioner and the order of the writ court stands complied with.

3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called in order to controvert the stand of the opposite parties.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 4, Annexure-A series whereof being an order dated 18.07.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

5. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 173 of 2016 stands disposed of.
