However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.

2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.07.2010 passed in CWJC No. 5675 of 2002.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 1, Annexure-D whereof being an order contained in memo no. 288

(9) dated 03.03.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of

Patna High Court MJC No.4301 of 2016 dt.08-04-2019 2/2 this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 4301 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
