In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Teghara P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 290, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for anticipatory bail which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.6.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26652 of 2016. The present matter relates to trading of illegal liquor, huge cache of liquor was found and the petitioner is a lady. Case No. 80 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
