Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act (Amended) 2018.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from behind the house of co-accused-Hemant Kumar Yadav. No recovery is there from the physical possession or property of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering no direct material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for bail, let the

No.29571 of 2020(2) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Case No.CIII-144/2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
