Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Anshul, after some arguments prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grounds at an appropriate stage by filing an application. If such an application is filed then the trial Court will dispose of the same with a reasoned order in light of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2022 9 SCC 577.
