JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.352 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to petty family dispute, in utter haste, the informant submitted written report to the Officer-in-charge of Yogapatti Police Station pursuant to which, the first information

However, due to intervention of common relatives and well wishers, good feelings have been restored and informant and the petitioner are living together. Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 also submits that the parties have amicably sorted out their differences and the informant is living in her matrimonial home together with the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti P.S.
