In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the informant was married to one Anil Mahto, who died on 21.01.2016 due to illness and whereafter she left her matrimonial house and stayed at her Maike. It has been alleged that when she returned to her matrimonial house, the accused persons assaulted her and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the death of her husband, namely, Anil Mahto, the informant entered into second marriage and at present she is living with her second husband.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
