2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar O.P.) P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 dated 24.11.2018, lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 448, 354 of the Indian Penal Code but later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

4. As per prosecution case, the specific allegation against Rajesh Prasad who attacked on the daughter of the informant due to which she was badly injured and admitted to the Hospital.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the F.I.R. it transpires that there is no allegation against this petitioner. He further submits that after completion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32673 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 investigation final form has been submitted against the petitioner but subsequently the Court has taken cognizance on 10.06.2022. He also submits that antecedent of petitioner is clean, chargesheet has already been filed and he is in custody since 18.03.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that final form has come but Court has taken cognizance.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari (Kasar O.P.) P.S. Case No.205 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
