2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation of order dated 08.08.2013 passed in CWJC No. 13336 of 2013.

3. In the show cause filed today on behalf of opposite party no. 1, it has been stated that the recruitment to the post of Constables in the police, which was also the direction given by the Writ Court, has been completed in terms of the direction of the Court dated 28.06.2011 in LPA No. 831 of 2009. It was submitted

Patna High Court MJC No.397 of 2016 dt.03-07-2019 2/2 that against the said, various contempt petitions were filed before the Division Bench and finally by order dated 21.10.2014, the said contempt petitions were dismissed. The factual details of the recruitment exercise has been dealt with in the order dated 21.10.2014 by the Division Bench in MJC No. 871 of 2012 and its analogous cases.

4. Having gone through the same, the Court finds that no contempt has been committed by the opposite parties.
