2. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.2 dispose of Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 04/2021, by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
