The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar (Mu) P. S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the delay of over one month in institution of the FIR as also the fact that the dispute mainly relates to transaction of certain amount, the petitioner, who is stated to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in
