Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Block Supply Officer, Dhanarua, Patna (Respondent No. 4). The petitioner shall bring to the notice of the Respondent No. 4 the discrepancy in the E-POS machine and the factum of excess quantities of grains have been reflected in the E-POS machine, the representation shall be given within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt

Patna High Court CWJC No.7419 of 2024(6) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 of representation from the petitioner, the authorities shall verify the E-POS machine and in case the contention of the petitioner is found to be true, necessary steps for rectification shall be done immediately. Thereafter, in case the petitioner is entitled for any grains, the same shall be allotted to him. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
