JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 This is an application for quashing the order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Sessions Trial No. 414/2022 arising out of Bakhari (Parihar OP) P.S. Case No. 293/2021 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the I.P.C. against unknown and later on Section 326(A), 302 and 201 of the IPC was added in the F.I.R. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has proceeded in the matter.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is dismissed as the trial has started.
