The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 468, 469 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63/65 of the Copy Right Amendment Act, 1957. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have involved in manufacture of duplicate Tulsi Zarda of another brand and it is further alleged that iron tin box, packing machine, tobacco like power, tobacco, etc. have been recovered from the warehouse of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that the alleged recoveries which have been made from warehouse is not belongs to this petitioner and he has no concern with the said recovery. It is submitted that as it appears from perusal of case diary that no witnesses except the informant has been examined under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. by the investigating officer. It is submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner as regard to manufacturing fake Tulsi Jarda. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.02.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
