2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted the informant and his family members, on account of which, they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32800 of 2024(2) dt.22-05-2024 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that altercation took place between the parties on the point of irrigating land. In the alleged altercation, both the parties have sustained injuries. Case and counter case. It is next submits that the injury report does not support the prosecution case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Having considered the general and omnibus allegation coupled with the fact that petitioners have got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
