Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.766 of 2013(5) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 lodged in Central Jail, Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 82/11 and the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Motihari has given specific information regarding the death of the sole appellant, in our view, this appeal stands abated. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of being abated.
