Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 97 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature as it is a matter between the land lord and the tenant. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.29915 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 97 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
