Petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No.250 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant got information that her daughter, Jyoti Devi, has sustained burn injuries in her Sasural. The informant reached Sasural of her daughter, who told that she has been burnt by her husband, Rama Yadav. Daughter of the informant subsequently died in hospital during treatment. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Husband of the deceased

Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
