2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 117(3), 118(2), 109, 103(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 23.12.2024 at about 7.30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and his father by means of iron rod, as a result of which, father of informant died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against him. At best, petitioner is alleged to be member of the mob. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Kawakol) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
