N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.

In view of the agreement at the Bar that the admitted dues have already been paid, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so required. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
