JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. On appearance of opposite party No.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by order dated 1.8.2019 and report of Mediator at Flag 'M' shows that dispute between the parties has been resolved through process of mediation and both the parties are residing together.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant. They have admitted the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30312 of 2019(4) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 position and submitted that they are residing together. In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that petitioner has to keep opposite party No.2 with him with dignity and care. Let copy of the report of Mediator along with the memorandum of agreement be sent to the court below for needful.
