Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 386, 419, 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after two weeks of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner is a Government servant and had only discharged his official duty. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
