It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of section 15 read with section 9 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4287 of 1999(11) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the instant application be transferred to the Tribunal for its adjudication. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in view of section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 the instant application stands transferred to the Bihar Land Tribunal for its adjudication.

In view of the order of transfer of the pending proceeding to the Tribunal so passed, the writ application stands disposed of.
