JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they belongs to the Economically Backward Category, their case was not considered by the respondents in the matter of selection for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher of Sanskrit subject persuant to Advertisement No. 2 of 1991.

In the year 1991 there was no provision for reservation to Economically Backward Category. In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not find any
