Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.77 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the is the petitioner is that he has taken amount for sending the informant to foreign for providing job but job has not been provided.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case now compromise has been reached between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed before the learned court below also at the time of hearing of the anticipatory bail application.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances as stated above and since the matter has been settled between the parties, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.77 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
