The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.625 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 107 litres of country made liquor from hut of the petitioner Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2021, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.625 of 2021.
