JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 5.9.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 31690 of 2017.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 5.9.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 31690 of 2017 in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order, but he could not surrender within time due to his illness, and, hence, pray that time be extended for further four weeks to surrender in the Court below.

In such circumstances, further four weeks' time is granted to the Petitioner from the date of receipt/production of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59746 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 copy of this order to surrender before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 149 of 2016 in terms of the order dated 5.9.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.31690 of 2017.
