The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to add The Department of Vigilance as Opposite Party No. 2. Permission is accorded.
The case is taken up again.
The informant alleges that petitioners secured appointment as Panchayat Teachers based on forged and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30090 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 fabricated mark sheet and certificate of B.E.T.E.T. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner seeking their side of the story perhaps the present FIR would not have been instituted.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) HarshPandey/- U T
