Patna High Court MJC No.1563 of 2025(3) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 ORAL ORDER 03-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, though an order has been passed in compliance with the order dated 07.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 2262 of 2017, the said order is erroneous. Therefore, he is fully aggrieved.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order has been duly complied with in its true spirit.

4. In view of the above and upon perusal of the record, it transpires to this Court that the order has been passed, therefore, the only liberty left to the petitioners is to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.
