2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary and other allowances along with consequential benefits to the petitioner who is appointed as Assistant Teacher in Sarvodaya Middle School, Gharambua, Gaya.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed several representations for redressal of his grievance and one of them has been enclosed as Annexure-9 to the writ application.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the Director of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7973 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 Primary Education Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No. 3) with all the supporting documents within a period of thirty days from today.
5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
