The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner, one named and one unknown miscreant are said to have snatched the motorcycle, cash of Rs. 2000/-, mobile, Pan Card, etc. of the informant on the way. The petitioner and one Satish Kumar are said to have disclosed their name to the informant during the course of the occurrence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He happens to be student of Intermediate. He has been falsely implicated in the case merely on suspicion. No

It is highly improbable and unbelievable that the petitioner will disclose his name to the informant during the course of occurrence to facilitate his apprehension by the police. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
