This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had taken a loan, however, the same was not returned by him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has never taken any amount of loan. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioner herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or
