The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he withdrew Rs.24,316/- as salary from the government fund by getting him appointed as Niyojit Teacher fraudulently. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner was having litigation terms with the D.P.O, Madhepura and the B.E.O. Madhepura since 2006 and at no any stage, the informant or any other authorities have disputed the veracity or genuineness of the documents produced

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30285 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 by the petitioner and only after getting the contempt notice from this Hon'ble Court, the informant and others are saying that some letters as forged. There is no such forgery committed by the petitioner and all the letters and directions have been issued properly. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhimanyu Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/concerned Court in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
