Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Rivilganj Police Station Case No. 239 of 2021, but the same has wrongly been typed in the prayer portion of Criminal Misc. No. 54106 of 2021, due to which, in the order granting regular bail to the petitioner, dated 17.05.2022, the case number has wrongly been

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the case number, appearing in the last paragraph of the order, dated 17.05.2022, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 54106 of 2021, be read as "Rivilganj Police Station Case No. 239 of 2021" in place of "Rivilganj Police Station Case No. 239 of 2019" .

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
