The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant went to see the disputed land then the petitioners were doing construction of their house on the land in question. When the informant raised protest, then petitioners started assaulting the informant and when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.

No.30221 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. The injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
