This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11121 of 2017, whereby petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to surrender within six weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioner, due to reason mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, the petitioner seeks extension of the time for the surrender.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
