The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Case No. 61C2 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The illicit liquor has been recovered from the house side of the house. Further submission is that petitioner is living in the joint house of the property. The seizure list reveals that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
