2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)/a/26/27/35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons came to the house of the informant and asked the informant to call her son , on refusal this petitioner took out pistol from his waist and fired but no one sustained injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. No one has sustained any firearms injury. It is further submitted that due to intervention of well wishers, compromise have been made between the parties and compromise petition has been filed before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34449 of 2024(4) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 learned Court below.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that no one sustained any injury and compromise has already been made between the parties and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class , Samastipur in connection with Patory (Mohanpur O P) P.S. case No. 575 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
