It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of section 15 read with section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the instant application be transferred to the Tribunal for its adjudication.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, in view of section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 the instant application stands transferred to the Bihar Land Tribunal for its adjudication.
