He submits that the petitioner was awarded zero marks for the two categories wrongfully.

The question regarding the granting of marks for assessment of an eligible candidate is exclusively within the domain of the respondents, and this Court will not go into the question as to how many marks should be allotted to a particular candidate in the interview and other heads. The only aspect

The respondents have taken the decision to not not allot the said petrol pump to any candidate. They are allowed to re-advertise, if they so chooses. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed.
