2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Special Case No. 6/2019, arising out of RC No. 02 (S) 2016, instituted under Sections 120(B)/420 /467/468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13 (2) r/w 13 (1) (D) of P.C. Act.,1988.

3. The petitioner Jay Kumar, who is a practicing Advocate of this Court, during Court proceeding in Cr.Misc. No. 18211 of 2016, played fraud and misled the Hon'ble Court by placing on record a forged & fabricated Vakalatnama by forging a signature of one Ran Vijay Singh, who had already departed to heavenly abode, and produced a forged web copy of order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4198 of 2016 by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31985 of 2023(21) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 a coordinate Bench of this Court to show that the co-accused Munna Kumar, having identical allegation, had already been granted bail, whereas Cr.Misc. No. 4198 of 2016 was filed by one Nagina Rai, not Munna Kumar.

4. In the facts & circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
