1. This file has been brought under the heading "To be mentioned".

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 27.05.2024, passed in the present application in which the name of the petitioner, viz., "Nitesh Kumar Rai @ Nitesh Rai" has inadvertently been mentioned as "Nitish Kumar Rai @ Nitish Rai" by the Office and as such he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of the petitioner be treated to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33005 of 2024(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 read as "Nitesh Kumar Rai @ Nitesh Rai" instead of "Nitish Kumar Rai @ Nitish Rai" and the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 27.05.2024 passed in the present application is hereby extended by further three weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
