Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the pleading of the bail petition in para 14 instead of "Chandrika Bindeshwari Indradeo Degree College, Tiranpur (Siwan)" it has been mentioned as "JRS College, Siwan" and as a result thereof the same has also been incorporated in the order dated 1.4.2019.

In view of the above, the prayer for modification is allowed. In place of "JRS College, Siwan" let it be read as "Chandrika Bindeshwari Indradeo Degree College, Tiranpur (Siwan)" in the order dated 1.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31888 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 19757 of 2019.

The order dated 1.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19757 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. With the aforesaid, the modification petition stands allowed and disposed of.
