JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That through this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made over public road bearing Khesra No. 1760 by the Respondent no. 4 to 17 due to which all villagers including general public are facing great problem in communication and further prays to grant another relief/reliefs according to facts and circumstances of the case for which he is entitled under the law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Thakaraha, District-West Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Thakaraha, District-West Champaran, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered,
