The petitioner seeks bail in Bhaptiyahi P. S. Case No. 27 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

It is alleged that total 90 bottles of 300 ml of Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge- II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.
