2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court dated 13.07.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10044 of 2015.

A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5, Annexure-B whereof being an authority slip for Rs. 68,288/- issued in favour of the petitioner by letter No. 921 dated 20.07.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of the writ Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court stands complied with.
